Cancellation Policy

Students are encouraged to practice regularly according to their age and level, with a recommended minimum of 30 minutes daily. Participation in recitals is highly encouraged to help students build confidence and performance experience. Advanced students may also be invited to perform at external events. By signing this agreement, students and parents consent to photography and video recordings for recital streaming and promotional use on academy platforms. Students are expected to arrive on time for lessons. Late arrivals will receive the remaining lesson time only. Instructors also strive to maintain punctuality, though occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur. New students may receive a complimentary trial lesson for evaluation and placement. Tuition must be paid before the start of each payment cycle unless otherwise arranged. Lesson Duration Tuition 30 Minutes $50 45 Minutes $65 60 Minutes $80 Students enrolled in a 12-session package are eligible for one excused absence with makeup per 12 sessions, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Makeup lessons should preferably be scheduled within the same week and coordinated with the instructor. Students enrolled in fewer than 12 sessions are not eligible for makeup lessons or excused absences. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be charged in full. Lesson times are reserved specifically for each student. Same-day rescheduling is generally not available. Permanent schedule changes require at least one week’s notice. Lessons are not held on U.S. national holidays unless otherwise arranged. If a student wishes to discontinue lessons, at least one week’s notice is required. By signing this document, students and parents acknowledge and agree to all academy policies and terms.
