### Piano Tuning & Regulation Service Policy **Appointment Confirmation:** The date and time selected during online booking are considered your **preferred appointment time and are not guaranteed**. Because our piano services are performed on-site and require travel, the final appointment time must be confirmed directly with our technician. We will make every effort to accommodate your selected date and stay as close as possible to your preferred time. **Scheduling Changes:** Appointment times may occasionally need to be adjusted due to travel time, location, traffic, or the duration of previous appointments. If an adjustment is necessary, we will contact you to coordinate a suitable time. **Service Assessment:** The condition of each piano is different. The technician will assess the instrument upon arrival. Additional work, including pitch correction, regulation, repairs, or other maintenance, may require additional time and fees. Any significant additional charges will be discussed with you before the work is performed. **Access to the Piano:** Please ensure that the piano is accessible at the scheduled appointment and that an adult is available at the service location. **Cancellations & Rescheduling:** We kindly request at least **24 hours’ notice** for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service or travel fee. By booking this service, you acknowledge that your online booking time is a preferred time and that the **final appointment date and time will be confirmed directly by Aria Music Academy or the assigned technician.**
